Adobe Licensing Web Site (LWS)
This site is the main interface for you to access your serial numbers, verify that your account details are current and correct, and run a variety of reports (requires login ID and password credentials). This technical document describes the options for configuring and silently installing and uninstalling Adobe Creative Suite® 3 software and component volume licenses in an enterprise environment. Retail licensed software cannot be configured or installed silently. The workflow described in this document is identical on Macintosh and Microsoft® Windows® XP and Windows Vista® 32-bit editions.

TLP customers
- When will I receive a serial number/download link after my TLP order has been placed?
- You should receive the serial number/download link within 72 hours after the TLP order has been placed.
- I have received the Media Shipment in the mail. Where will I get the licenses from?
- You should receive an e-mail from Adobe that provides login credentials to the Licensing Web Site (LWS).
- Can I return only one item of the complete purchase I made?
- No, Adobe's policy does not allow a partial return — return of the entire purchase is required.
- How can I get a complete report of my volume license order?
- Log in to LWS, go to Comprehensive Order Details, and then select the date range. If you experience difficulty, call Adobe Customer Service to speak to a Licensing representative.
- Can I use a trial version for an Adobe Open Options license?
- No, the Adobe Open Options license is not configured to work with a trial version. A volume license medium is required.
CLP customers
- I am eligible for an upgrade of a product as a member of Upgrade Plan, but I did not receive a notice from Adobe. What do I do?
- To request the upgrade to which you are entitled, visit Customer Care.
- How can I see a complete report of the purchases made through my membership?
- Log in to your LWS account and click the link for Statement of Accounts, which will provide you with the requested information.
- Will the CLP serial number work if I download a trial version from Adobe.com?
- No, the Adobe Open Options serial number is not meant to work with trial version software. You need to download the software from LWS.
- How do I place a return for a CLP order?
- All CLP purchases need to be returned to the reseller from whom you purchased the licenses. All return exceptions must be authorized by Adobe.

- I have a download available on my LWS account, but it does not respond when I click it. What might be wrong?
- The Download link is connected to a different web page. Please disable your pop-up blocker and then click the link.

CLP concurrency for Creative Suite 3 Education customers
With the launch of Creative Suite 3, Adobe announced a change to the Adobe Open Options licensing program, which applies to all Creative Suite 3 products.
