What is the Adobe Community Expert Program?: The Adobe Community Expert Program is a community based program made up of Adobe customers who share their product expertise with the world-wide Adobe community. The Adobe Community Experts' mission is to facilitate high caliber peer-to-peer communication educating and improving the product skills and knowledge of Adobe customers worldwide.

Are Adobe Community Experts employees of Adobe?: No. Adobe Community Experts are not Adobe employees. Adobe Community Experts contribute to the Adobe community without the promise, expectation, or receipt of compensation. The Adobe Community Experts Program is an officially recognized community based program of Adobe.

What criteria does Adobe use to select experts?: Adobe selects those who best exemplify the program fundamentals of product proficiency, enthusiasm, and professionalism towards Adobe and the customer base.

Are Adobe Community Experts allowed to represent more than one product?: Yes. Adobe Communtiy Experts usually represent single products. However, if a expert's expertise extends to more than one product, she/he is encouraged, though not required, to make contributions in other product areas.

What does Adobe require from experts?

All Adobe Community Experts are expected to exemplify the program fundamentals of product proficiency, enthusiasm, and professionalism towards Adobe and our customer base. In addition, Adobe Community Experts agree to be active contributors to the Adobe world-wide community by:

Engaging in peer to peer support in the Adobe forums
Posting information and technical support in their favorite online community
Writing articles for professional publications
Presenting Adobe product presentations at conferences and user groups
