Welcome to the fourth part of this article series on creating your first website. This tutorial shows you how to format text on your page using cascading style sheets (CSS) in Adobe Dreamweaver CS3. CSS provides you with greater control over the appearance of your pages by letting you format and position text in ways that HTML cannot.
