The Macromedia Rich Application Starter Kit was built for IT development managers who have seen the power of Rich Internet Applications and would like to get started building their first pilot project to evaluate the technology.
In a six-week development project, we transformed a page-based web application with usability problems into a streamlined and intuitive Rich Internet Application. In the process, we documented the key steps in the project to illustrate how to you can plan, manage, and build your first Rich Internet Application.

Starter Kit Contents
This kit includes a stand-alone version of the application as well as key documents that span the project, from constructing the initial plan to project wrap-up. It also includes a detailed commentary on important concepts, additional reference links, and a look behind the scenes of a pilot project with an experienced Rich Internet Application development team.
