Adobe is committed to enabling developers to build and deploy desktop applications that leverage web technologies and their existing skills. To achieve this objective, we are applying the lessons learned and feedback we received to a new project called Adobe® AIR™, formerly code-named Apollo. Adobe AIR incorporates technologies such as PDF, Flash, and HTML—and the insight gained from Central—into a new desktop client designed from the ground up.
